October 24, 2015 Gun Dog and Puppy Trial Results

What a difference a week makes! With a little moisture in the air and on the ground, the scenting conditions improved greatly and bird work increased dramatically.

Kelly Sample and Hunter, Brittany male, took first place with three finds, three kills, three retrieves and his first find coming in at under 18 seconds! In second place, Ben Faulkner also put 129 points on the board with three full finds, but his still impressive first find time of 1:06 wasn’t quick enough to beat Kelly. Rounding out the winners was Doug Hardesty with Hannah, GSP female with 126 points.

RuSean Hardman won the puppy stakes with Sassy, Setter female.
